The author of this book is an engineer by profession and a mother by heart. She feels a deep connection with the trees and mountains and is an enthusiast.
After the birth of her first child, she went through many sleepless nights. She felt depleted over time and realized that she needed to do something about it.
She started on her journey of self-realization and self-discovery as she read the life-changing book The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle.
She felt an immense flow of love as she started meditating and practicing mindfulness.
She started listening to parenting books as it became harder when she had her second baby, which brought about a lot of practical changes in her and her family and life overall.
For some reason, she also felt inclined to understand teenagers to further understand how to lay the foundation for her kids while they were still young.
She also noticed how families were struggling emotionally and didn’t know the reasons behind their conflicts. She felt called to share everything that she learned to help families with their emotions and solutions for most of their problems. She hopes to bring a positive change in the lives of all the families reading this book.
